Alison Kunkel brings a lot to the table (pun intended). With roots in Texas and California, she’s got the top-notch standards for fresh-Mexican cuisine that constantly sets the bar higher at Lime. With a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and more than 13 years of public relations and marketing experience, Alison’s got the media-savvy-know-how to know how to keep Lime Fresh Mexican Grill’s® brand as spicy as our hot sauce (which is pretty darn spicy). Alison’s experience as the Marketing Director for various hospitals helped inspire her (and us) to make sure the delicious food we serve, is also as healthy as possible.
