Roy Parker didn’t originally start out with Lime’s corporate team, but couldn’t resist the opportunity to step into a new limelight. He came into the Lime team as the general manager for the Pembroke Pines location, but knew how to bring a new kind of fresh to the concept.
As the record-holder for youngest general manager for Sambos Restaurant when he was 20-years-old, and more than 25 years of experience, Roy brings a wealth of knowledge to the Lime team. Unlike most restaurant veterans, he always knew the restaurant industry was in his blood. Roy’s major accomplishments include holding positions as an area director and part owner of several Camis restaurants, and a managing partner and training manager for Chili’s Bar & Grill.
