Roy Parker - Director of Operations

As the proud record-holder for youngest general manager for Sambo’s Restaurant when he was just 20-years-old, Roy brings a wealth of knowledge from his more than 25 years “in the biz.” In that time he’s learned a lot (“There is nothing like good old-fashioned customer service and a delicious meal”) and earned a lot of praise and recognition. Roy’s impressive experience includes holding positions as an area director and part owner of several Cami’s restaurants, and acting as a managing partner and training manager for Chili’s Bar & Grill.

 

Roy’s role continues to grow as Lime does — a challenge he’s more than up to and more than qualified for.
