Russel Life Skills & Reading Foundation

On Thursday, April 14, 2011 Lime Fresh Mexican Grill celebrated the opening of their Plantation, FL location with a Grand Opening event that benefited the Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting illiteracy among high risk youth. Lime proudly presented the organization with a $2,500 donation and raised additional funds with an on-site silent auction.
