Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® is best known for its self-serve homemade salsa bar, consisting of six different salsas made fresh daily, and variation of more than 50 hot sauces, including four of Lime’s own branded hot sauces. So if you think you can handle the heat, we dare you to try.

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill’s® fresh approach stems from our belief that the freshest ingredients provide the best quality food, which is why all Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® locations have fresh produce delivered daily. But the produce isn’t the only fresh aspect. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® runs out of food daily to eliminate waste and keep guests’ meals as fresh as possible. Everything is made-to-order so that we can always give you a meal the way you like it- and our guests wouldn’t have it any other way.
Protein Power
At Lime Fresh Mexican Grill®, we pay special attention to the quality of meats we utilize, as well as how we obtain them, which is why we use certified humane, all-natural ground beef. All of our meats are freshly grilled in an exhibition-style kitchen, so guests can watch their meals being prepared. And with our vegetarian Chief Operating Officer John Tims, we couldn’t forget about the non-meat eaters out there. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® offers the option of making each meal with vegetarian refried beans, black beans, or our freshly-grilled or Baja-style fish. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® is the only fast casual restaurant to be certified humane. While other restaurants may make misleading claims, Lime is the only one to have all of its meats inspected and certified by Humane Farm Animal Care.

We feel that it is our responsibility as a company to serve our customers the highest quality ingredients by doing our part to preserve the integrity of our food. Aside from serving only certified humane meats, our food is 100% free of trans fat, artificial preservatives and artificial coloring.
